Apex Trail LLC — Refund & Payment Policy - Last updated: July 13, 2026
 

This Refund & Payment Policy applies to all mobile applications and services published by Apex Trail LLC ("Apex Trail," "we," "us," or "our").
 

1. In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, subscriptions, or features. All purchases are processed and billed by the platform store where you downloaded the application:

•Google Play Store (for Android devices)

•Apple App Store (for iOS devices)

Apex Trail LLC does not directly process, store, or have access to your payment card information. All billing is handled securely by Google or Apple.
 

2. How to Request a Refund

Because payments are processed by Google or Apple, refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform:

Google Play

1.Open the Google Play app on your device

2.Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history

3.Find the purchase from an Apex Trail LLC app

4.Tap Request a refund

Apple App Store

1.Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

2.Sign in with your Apple ID

3.Find the purchase from an Apex Trail LLC app

4.Select Request a Refund and follow the prompts
 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund decisions are made by Google or Apple according to their respective policies. Common reasons refunds are approved:

•Accidental or unauthorized purchases

•Purchases made by a child without parental permission

•Technical issues that prevented delivery of purchased items

•Duplicate charges

We cannot guarantee that a refund will be approved, as this is at the discretion of the platform store.
 

4. Effect of Refund on Virtual Items

If a refund is approved by the platform store:

•The corresponding virtual items (currency, gems, boosters, passes, etc.) will be revoked from your account

•If the refunded items have already been consumed or spent, your account balance may become negative and will need to be restored before further purchases

•Repeated refund abuse may result in account suspension
 

5. Subscriptions

If any of our applications offer recurring subscriptions:

•You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings (Google Play → Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions)

•Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then

•We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law
 

6. Free-to-Play Model

All Apex Trail LLC applications are free to download and play. Core gameplay is accessible without spending money. In-app purchases are entirely optional and provide convenience, cosmetic, or progression items. No purchase is required to enjoy our applications.
 

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the prices of in-app purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
 

8. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer limited-time promotional pricing or bundles. These offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional items are non-refundable once claimed unless required by applicable law.
